クラウドファンディングを活用した京町家再生プロジェクト　竣工

クラウドファンディングで資金を調達し、築100年以上の京町家を宿泊施設として再生するプロジェクト「紡 石不動之町（仮称）」が10月中旬に竣工致します。

本プロジェクトは不動産クラウドファンディングのプラットフォーム「クラウドリアルティ」を活用した当社初の取り組みです。
目標募集金額16,500,000円を1時間22分で集め、約4ヶ月かけて改修し、一棟貸しの宿泊施設に再生しました。

我们将在10月中旬通过众筹筹集资金并恢复拥有100年历史的京町家“紡 石不動之町“（临时名称）”项目作为住宿设施。该项目是弊社第一个利用房地产众筹平台“ Cloud Realty”的计划。
我们在1小时22分钟内收集了1,650万日元的目标众筹金额，并在大约4个月的时间里对其进行了翻新，然后将其再生为住宿设施。

In mid-October, we will raise funds through crowdfunding and restore the 100-year-old Kyomachiya “tsumugi Ishifudonotyo ” (temporary name) project as an accommodation facility.
This project is the first plan of our company to utilize the real estate crowdfunding platform “Cloud Realty”.
We collected the target of 16.5 million yen in 1 hour and 22 minutes, renovated it over a period of about four months, and then regenerated it into an accommodation facility.
